HOSPITALITY · PROCESS OPTIMIZATION · TRANSFORMATION

I connect the dots.
I improve processes.
I bring people along.

I help hotels, retreats and hospitality businesses understand operational friction, simplify workflows and make change stick. My foundation: over 15 years in hotel operations. My next lever: data-informed process improvement.

01 / My story

Curiosity about the whole picture. From the start.

My father was a head chef. When I was 13, he told me that people who experience many different businesses often develop the broadest understanding of how things work. I took his advice to heart – working across international hotel brands, cruise ships and an independently run retreat centre in Sweden. Over time, one question fascinated me more and more: why do operational problems arise, and how can we design processes that prevent them?

02 / My approach

Beyond symptoms. Understand the cause.

A process is only good if it works in everyday operations – for guests, teams and leaders. I listen, observe handovers, challenge assumptions and bring different perspectives together.

Understand

Where do teams lose time, information or quality? I look at the workflow, not just the isolated issue.

Design

Translate insights into clear responsibilities, simpler workflows and practical solutions.

I enjoy training teams, creating enthusiasm and making sure improvements become everyday practice.

03 / My foundation

15+ years in hospitality. Hands-on.

I know operational workflows from direct responsibility: front office, reservations, housekeeping coordination, events, guest experience and cross-functional leadership. As an IHK-certified hospitality manager, I have worked with international standards and independent properties. In Sweden, I structured workflows, developed feedback tools and assessed operational requirements for hotel software selection.

04 / The natural upgrade

Experience meets data.

Through my Data Analytics & AI programme at WBS Coding School, I am expanding my operational perspective with Python, SQL, data analysis and visualisation. I am learning to investigate process questions with data, reveal patterns and measure improvements. These capabilities are still developing – and complement rather than replace my hospitality expertise.

06 / Project collaborations

One focus. Several levers.

I am open to selected, ambitious project engagements with clear objectives, room to shape the work and tangible operational value. Depending on the challenge, I combine process analysis, team engagement, guest experience and technology.

01 / CORE SERVICE

Operational process optimization

Map workflows, identify bottlenecks and root causes, clarify handovers and develop practical improvements.

02 / IMPLEMENTATION

Change & team training

Engage teams, design effective training and turn promising ideas into adopted everyday practices.

03 / QUALITY

Guest experience & service workflows

Connect guest and employee perspectives, uncover service gaps and improve quality through better processes.

04 / DIGITAL

Hotel technology & data

Translate operational needs, support user-centred system rollouts and apply data to process decisions.

For boutique hotels, retreats, independent properties and hospitality technology companies. Scope and fees are agreed individually.

05 / The person behind the work

Analytical thinking. Human connection.

I love remarkable places, fresh perspectives and people who enjoy creating something meaningful. Training and teamwork energise me: I can explain complex topics clearly, connect people and build enthusiasm around a shared goal. This outlook also shapes my work as founder and chair of JugendERA e. V.

07 / Collaboration

A complex workflow? An interesting challenge?
